Astound is seeking a proactive Door-to-Door residential outside salesperson in the Dallas, TX area. You will start with a base salary of $34,000 and unlock uncapped commissions, with a Total On-Target Earnings potential of $90,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and referrals.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness in the field.
• Review property contract language, service levels, and obligations with customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
