Curbell is seeking an Outside Sales professional to execute defined sales practices, manage territory plans and build strategic customer relationships in California. The role emphasizes prospecting, planning, and using our selling system and CRM tools to grow market share.

The position involves developing proposals and contracts, educating customers on product applications, and expanding the customer base through proactive lead follow-up. Related duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales field.
• Knowledge of Plastics or distribution experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Executes and delivers upon a defined set of Best Business Practices for Outside Sales, including Prospecting, Planning, Prioritizing, Territory Management, Sales, and using CRM and Sales Tools.
• Creates, implements and executes a sales plan to increase market share in a territory and develops strong relationships with strategic customers to grow sales and margins.
• Develops proposals, contracts and agreements to secure long-term business and educates customers on use and applications; develops new customers by prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
