Lotus Pest Control is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. You will receive an hourly base pay plus commission, with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Basic math and numerical accuracy for quotes and payments.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week and travel to customer homes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer homes and assess pest risks.
• Recommend pest control and home protection solutions.
• Present service options and close sales at the doorstep.
• Coordinate with technicians to implement solutions and follow up.
• Maintain customer relationships and schedule annual inspections.
