Job summary

Marjan Stone, an established stone fabrication and countertop company serving San Diego County, Orange County, and South Los Angeles, is hiring an experienced outside sales rep based in Spring Valley, CA to close warm leads and grow contractor, builder, designer, and commercial accounts.

You will follow up on leads, present stone and surfacing options, build relationships with contractors and designers, manage each sale from estimate to handoff, and forecast revenue with the fabrication and

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales for construction or remodeling projects.
• Proven ability to close deals with long sales cycles.
• Existing relationships with contractors or designers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on and close warm and hot leads for residential and commercial countertop projects.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, cabinet shops, designers, property managers, and commercial decision-makers.
• Generate new business through field prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Manage each sale from estimate to handoff, working with fabrication and installation teams.
• Present stone, quartz, and other surfacing options to clients and trade partners.
• Keep a healthy pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast revenue.
