Job summary

The Pearlman Group, headquartered in Suwanee, GA, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive GranQuartz sales in Central California. This role focuses on face-to-face customer engagement, delivering solutions, and achieving revenue and margin goals within the Fresno territory.

You will travel up to 80% of the time, manage existing accounts, develop new business, and present product offerings while meeting budgetary targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B distribution sales.
• High school degree required; secondary education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; car allowance provided.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, and execute daily sales calls with assigned and future customers within the territory.
• Travel daily within the territory to meet customers in face-to-face sales calls.
• Service existing accounts and establish new ones; process orders as needed.
• Adjust sales presentations to match customer needs and opportunities.
• Maintain records of activities and territory analyses; provide reports to management.
