Job summary

Marjan Stone, an established stone fabrication and countertop company serving San Diego County, Orange County, and South Los Angeles, is hiring an experienced outside sales rep based in Spring Valley, CA to close warm leads and grow contractor, builder, designer, and commercial accounts.

• Generate new business through field prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Manage each sale from estimate to handoff, working with fabrication and installation teams.
• Present stone, quartz, and other surfacing options to clients and trade partners.
• Keep a healthy pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast revenue.

Base/draw up to $60K + uncapped 5–12% commission. Expected first-year total earnings $80K–$150K+. Warm leads provided. Commercial jobs of $100K–$500K+.

About The Role

Marjan Stone is an established stone fabrication and countertop company serving San Diego County, Orange County, and South Los Angeles. We’re hiring an experienced outside sales rep, based in Spring Valley, CA, to close our warm leads and grow contractor, builder, designer, and commercial accounts.

Compensation

• Base/draw up to $5,000/month ($60K/year), depending on experience
• Uncapped commission: 5%–12%
• Expected first-year total earnings: $80,000–$150,000+
• Steady lead flow from both residential and commercial channels. Top performers earn well into six figures.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up on and close company-provided warm and hot leads for residential and commercial countertop and stone projects.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, cabinet shops, kitchen & bath designers, property managers, and commercial decision-makers.
• Generate new business through field prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Manage each sale from estimate to job handoff, working with our fabrication and installation teams.
• Present stone, quartz, and other surfacing options to clients and trade partners.
• Keep a healthy pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast revenue.

Who You Are

• Experienced in outside sales within construction, remodeling, stone fabrication, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, or tile.
• A proven closer on residential and commercial projects who can manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles.
• Familiar with commercial project scopes and values.
• Comfortable in the field, with a proactive, relationship-driven approach.
• Existing relationships with contractors, builders, designers, or property managers are a strong plus.
