Job summary

System One is seeking a Sales Representative - Business Development to drive new business for Clover, a cloud-based POS platform, within an assigned territory. You will own the full sales cycle, perform on-site demos, and build relationships with banks to generate referrals.

Ideal candidates have proven outside sales experience, a track record of hitting quota, and the ability to source opportunities and close deals with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior outside sales experience with a proven quota attainment.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Strong prospecting, networking with bankers, and referral generation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in your territory.
• Conduct on-site product demos and presentations at client locations.
• Develop relationships with business bankers and partner banks to generate referrals.
• Monitor territory performance to meet quota and KPIs.
• Self-source opportunities to supplement partner pipelines.
