Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to hunt for new commercial janitorial contracts, prospect in person and by phone, and manage the sales process until close.

You will work with training, CRM tooling, and a personal vehicle; base salary is $60,000 with uncapped commissions and an on-target earnings of $120,000+. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and provided sales tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn our CRM.
• Admin-heavy role requiring keyboard work most of the day.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments, complete proposals, and deliver compelling bids.
• Prospect commercial buildings in person and by phone.
• Log activities in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
• Close recurring contracts to grow income and your book.
