Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our trusted pest control team. As a Sales Inspector, you’ll leverage a proven brand, award-winning training, and a generous commission structure to protect homes.

You’ll build relationships, conduct comprehensive inspections, and present tailored pest solutions while using provided tools and a company vehicle. The role includes solid benefits, a 401(k) with match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided.
