Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to connect with homeowners, inspect full homes, and close trusted pest-control solutions. You’ll build trust, explain findings, and showcase long-term protection backed by a brand customers already trust.

This role offers uncapped earning potential with base plus commission; top earners in year one typically reach $70,000–$100,000. Training is provided, and a company vehicle and benefits are included, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections (from attic to crawl space).
• Build trust by explaining findings clearly and recommending the best treatment options.
• Close sales by showcasing the value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity every step of the way.
