Job summary

Orkin invites applications for an Outside Sales Inspector position in the United States. You will sell pest management services to commercial clients, build trusted relationships, and drive revenue with Orkin’s proven offerings and training.

No prior industry experience is required; a valid driver’s license is required and pesticide licensing may be necessary. Base pay plus uncapped commission lets you earn $80k–$120k annually, with a company vehicle after training and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Win over customers with confidence and care; build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and explain solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided iPad.
