Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated Sales Inspectors to join a trusted pest control leader. You’ll conduct 360 inspections, present customized protection plans, and close homeowner deals with a focus on service and trust.

You’ll receive award-winning training, a path for growth, benefits, and a company vehicle. Top earners can reach $75,000 to $100,000 in their first year through base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification; training/licensing covered by us.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
