Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive termite protection sales in homeowners’ homes. You will perform inspections, assess needs, and present practical solutions with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between; build trusted relationships with homeowners.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and explaining practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads; leverage the advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments in customers' homes and explain how Orkin’s products can provide peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes; use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
