Job summary

AlphaGraphics Mesa on Baseline is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This field-based role focuses on hunting for new B2B business and delivering consultative visual solutions for printing and signage in the Mesa area.

You will own your territory, prospect daily, conduct on-site consultations, measure site specs, and manage the full sales cycle from pitch to close, collaborating with production to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales history with a track record in outside business development.
• Industry expertise in commercial printing, wide-format, or signage preferred.
• Strong consultative skills to understand technical client specifications.
• Self-motivated drive with exceptional negotiation and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily local travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through cold-calling, networking, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Own your territory by identifying and securing new high-value B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and scope projects.
• Measure site specs accurately for custom signage and wide-format displays.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch and quoting to closing.
• Collaborate with production to ensure accurate project estimates and delivery.
• Nurture relationships to build a robust pipeline of long-term, repeat business.
