Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a Sales Professional (PPA) to grow pre-need arrangements and funeral services with families in Ravenna, OH. You will generate referrals, network in the community, and present planning guides in a compassionate, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent; 1–2 years college or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Funeral Directors License where required.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and referrals for both at-need cemetery and pre-need arrangements using company tools.
• Prospect families face-to-face at events, door-knocking or group seminars.
• Build relationships with families and communities; follow up for referrals.
• Present Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide to families.
• Coordinate with Funeral Directors and staff to deliver high-quality service.
