Job summary

R B PEST SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a Sales Representative to join a team that cares deeply about customers, community, and growth. You will represent a trusted pest management company, build lasting relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities to drive success.

You will travel within your territory, connect with customers on Saturdays, and benefit from uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and growth opportunities as you develop a long-term career with us.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred (pest control or related industry a plus).
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and a genuine desire to help people.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Represent a company customers can trust to care about their homes and businesses.
• Identify new business opportunities while building strong relationships with existing clients.
• Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Negotiate fair agreements that create value for both customers and the company.
• Track leads and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Travel throughout your territory (personal vehicle required).
• Work one Saturday a month (9am–1pm) to connect with more customers.
