Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell Residential Pest Management Services to new and existing homeowners, acting as the face of our national brand in the local community. You will assess customer needs, propose solutions, and close sales while delivering exceptional service and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for increased opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
