Job summary

Pestkee is looking for a Sales Representative to engage homeowners face-to-face, develop relationships, and drive growth in assigned neighborhoods. You will learn sales fundamentals, communication, and leadership while earning performance-based income with uncapped commissions.

Entry-level and experienced candidates alike can join the team; training and coaching are provided, and top performers can advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required.
• Must be willing to work outdoors and on your feet.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through face-to-face sales and neighborhood canvassing.
• Build and maintain relationships with residential customers.
• Educate homeowners about pest-control services and identify their needs.
• Conduct basic property inspections and identify signs of pest activity.
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and route performance.
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional services.
• Work with your team to hit goals, improve performance, and celebrate wins.
