Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, present pest protection options, and close sales. No pest control experience is required as training is provided.

You will earn an hourly base pay plus commissions, with 10% commission on one-time services and 15% on recurring revenue, plus company-provided equipment and ongoing support. Expect to conduct 5–6 home inspections per day, build relationships with homeowners, and track activities in FieldRoutes.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required — we’ll train you.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
