Cleft of the Rock in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer who will connect with local business owners, present insurance solutions, and train and mentor teammates in the field.

This role offers comprehensive training, weekly draw pay with commissions and bonuses, licensing assistance, and opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven team. You will work in-person, building lasting relationships and helping clients protect what matters most.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing assistance provided).
• Present insurance solutions and train others.
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
