Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with local business owners and individuals, presenting supplemental insurance solutions and training new team members.

This in-person role offers weekly draw pay plus commissions and bonuses, with licensing assistance and a clear path for professional growth in a mission-driven, people-centered environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekend work as needed; location is Westwego, LA.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
• Work with manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
