Cleft of the Rock in Texas is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer who will blend field sales with training duties. You will connect with local business owners, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor teammates to grow the team’s impact in the field.

This role offers comprehensive training, weekly draw pay, commissions and bonuses, and incentive programs. You’ll be part of a mission-driven, people-focused team that rewards relationship-building, service, and leadership

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; licensing assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs; conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and mentor new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with manager to set goals and grow field impact.
