Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to join our field team in Arizona. This outside sales role will involve meeting with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products, while you build and manage your own book of business.

You will have scheduling flexibility, receive training, and be part of a supportive team with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to manage own schedule and build a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners to present supplemental insurance products.
• Develop and maintain a personal book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients; meet monthly targets.
• Balance cold prospecting with warm leads and appointments with existing clients.
• Submit sales metrics daily.
