Critter Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial markets. You will prospect, consult, and deliver customized wildlife control solutions while building long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, a potentially six-figure earnings range, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k match, ESPP, and tuition

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset and proven outside sales experience preferred in pest control, construction, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field and manage own schedule with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with multiple software and applications required.
