Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Commercial sales team. You’ll promote top-tier pest control services to diverse industries using a proven, award-winning program and a trusted brand identity.

In this role you’ll build lasting client relationships, achieve sales goals through prospecting and leads, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, company vehicle, and uncapped commission potential. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license.
• No industry experience required; pesticide license may be obtained with company support.
• Ability to work independently in the field and build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of commercial properties and present recommendations after identifying issues.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided iPad; training will be provided.
