Altitude Development Group is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to grow with us in a role that targets small and medium-sized businesses. You will engage business owners and benefits managers, present group insurance options, and build lasting client relationships in your assigned territory.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces challenges, and is capable of balancing cold outreach with warm leads while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualificações

• Willing to work a full-time 40-hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses in assigned territory.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer insurance products and services.
• Present to employee groups of 50–100+ people when needed.
• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs.
• Maintain your own book of business.
