Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Willing to work 40 hours per week in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses in your territory.
• Meet owners/decision-makers face-to-face to present offerings.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule follow-ups, and submit daily metrics.
