Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to grow our client base across diverse industries in your assigned territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, presenting supplemental insurance products and services to employees.

The ideal candidate demonstrates toughness, independence, and strong objection handling, with a track record of high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or a readiness to transition from a call center or door-to-door role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience considered.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium businesses in a designated territory to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face presentations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Set and submit weekly working hours with the sales manager.
• Follow up on leads, balance cold outreach with warm leads for appointments.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
