Job summary
Guardian Firestop Solutions, LLC is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial firestop offerings. You will develop relationships with general contractors, construction managers, and facility owners, translate plans into tailored proposals, and collaborate with internal teams for successful bids.
The role requires a strong construction background, excellent relationship skills, and willingness to travel as needed, with remote opportunities within Missouri and nearby
Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial construction or related field.
- Outside sales, business development, estimating, or CRM experience.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specs.
- Willingness to travel and valid driver's license with acceptable record.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic territory sales plan to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business with general contractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
- Build long-term relationships through site visits, meetings, and networking.
- Prepare proposals and technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with operations to win bids and ensure project execution.
