Job summary

Altitude Group seeks an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive field-based sales of supplemental insurance products. You will engage small and medium businesses, meet owners and decision-makers, and develop your own book of business in a competitive, team-oriented environment.

You will receive training, scheduling flexibility once you establish a book, and opportunities for advancement based on performance, with draws, bonuses, and incentives as you grow your territory.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be re-serviced
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products and services
• Build and maintain your own book of business
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily
