Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach and growth across a defined local territory. You will engage with business owners and decision-makers, pitch insurance solutions, and build your own book of business while following a structured training path.

You’ll train in virtual and hands-on environments, with weekly draws, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement as you prove performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience required.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and prospecting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new and existing clients, balance cold leads with warm leads.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Set and pursue monthly and quarterly sales targets with management.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
