Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in your assigned territory. You will connect with small and medium-sized business owners, set up in-person meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

You'll receive comprehensive training, set your own schedule, and work within a team that celebrates collective success. A license in Health & Life is required or reimbursed for you to obtain it, with growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Candidates within 6 months of degree completion will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your territory; build and nurture relationships with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses and referrals; set up face-to-face meetings and present insurance solutions.
• Manage own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets with the sales team.
