Job summary

Altitude Group seeks an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach in your assigned territory, engaging business owners and decision-makers with Altitude's insurance solutions. You’ll learn, set meetings, present solutions, and build a personal book of business in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You’ll be trained in sales strategies, receive weekly draw pay with bonuses and commissions, and have access to incentives and development opportunities as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagements.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Time management and self-m motivation to handle a field territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Cold call, set up face-to-face meetings, and present insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Schedule your own working hours and submit them weekly to your sales manager.
• Follow up on leads, cold-call on businesses, and balance warm leads with new opportunities.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
