Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an energetic Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach in a defined territory. You will engage small to mid-size business owners and decision-makers, performing cold calls, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and presenting Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

You’ll build relationships, balance cold outreach with warm leads, and grow a personal book of business within a supportive, team-based culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent outside sales experience.
• Health & Life license required or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and progress.
• Attend scheduled calls or meetings with sales team and manager.
• Prospect new businesses and manage a growing book of business.
• Collaborate with team to set monthly and quarterly targets and quotas.
