Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach within a defined territory. You will engage small to medium businesses, schedule face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions to meet each client's needs.

Ideal candidates are natural communicators with a drive to grow personally and professionally within a collaborative team. You will train in virtual and in-territory settings and build a strong client book while enjoying schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to set own schedule and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

Outside sales in assigned territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients to secure sales.
Set follow-up appointments and review client needs.
Develop relationships with local business owners and stakeholders.
Meet monthly/quarterly targets with the sales team manager.
Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
