Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in our market. You will independently manage a designated sales territory, build relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, and rely on cold calls to open opportunities while overcoming rejection with resilience.

You will prospect, nurture client relationships, and close deals, scheduling follow-ups and learning continuously to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing and able to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered)

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in own territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, networking and lead-gen techniques.
• Identify client needs and present Altitude's insurance solutions.
• Close deals and secure long-term commitments with clients.
• Follow up with prospects and current clients to review needs and opportunities.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
