Qualifications

• Experience in sales.
• Ability to create material estimates/quotes and special orders.
• Learn to read blueprints and provide material take-off lists.

Responsibilities

• Find and complete sales of building materials and services with contractors.
• Manage jobs and relationships with clients.
• Maintain up-to-date information on customers’ product use and trends.

Skills

Sales experience

Knowledge of home building basics

Strong planning and organizational skills

Ability to work independently
