Job summary

Mid-Cape Home Centers, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate and secure new sales while maintaining existing accounts. You will prospect via cold calls, prepare price quotations, coordinate terms, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers, and assist in selecting the best building materials for each project.

This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of sales experience in building materials or related industry required.
• Knowledge of building materials industry and products; ability to negotiate prices and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure new accounts for the company.
• Provide existing accounts with necessary products, time, and information.
• Assist with the selection of products best suited to customer needs.
• Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers/contractors.
• Resolve customer complaints and problems.
• Assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
• Coordinate project schedules, contractor schedules, and material deliveries.
• Prepare and input orders as necessary.
