The role will execute lease and sales contracts, ensure customer expectations are met, and drive ongoing growth. Strong negotiation, organization, and independence are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation skills and strong sales background and drive.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Excellent communicator, both with external and internal clients.
• Experience supervising projects and operations crews.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience in forklift operation.
• Valid Driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Seek out and establish partnerships with existing and potential new clients.
• Engage in the development and enhancement of the selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding buyer motivation, identifying competitive strengths/weaknesses, and dealing with buyer objections.
• Produce project paperwork and quotations as required to properly execute the project in accordance with all ATCO policies.
• Follow contracts through to completion by overseeing set ups of rented and sold units to ensure contracts are executed.
• Improve ATCO's position as the leading supplier by reporting customer feedback and observations of market needs to the branch.
• Support the business plan and assist with developing ongoing plans to foster sustainable long-term growth.
