Job summary

ATCO Structures and Logistics (USA) Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on expanding client relations, creating new partnerships, and managing lease and sales contracts for modular units.

You will drive the selling process and ensure customer expectations are met. The position requires 5+ years in modular construction sales or operations, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales or operations in a modular construction industry.
• Proven negotiation skills and strong sales background.
• Exceptional organization and communication abilities.
• Experience supervising projects/operations crews.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, forklift operation.
• Valid Driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Seek out and establish partnerships with existing and potential new clients.
• Engage in developing and enhancing the selling process by identifying opportunities and understanding buyer motivation.
• Produce project paperwork and quotations to execute contracts per ATCO policies.
• Follow contracts through to completion for rented or sold units.
• Report customer feedback and market needs to improve ATCO’s market position.
• Support the business plan and ongoing growth initiatives.
