Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage with communities, explain Spectrum services, and drive growth through face-to-face chats with potential customers. The role emphasizes outdoor field work, a competitive base pay plus incentives, and opportunities to earn substantial commissions.

Base pay provided with additional commissions, bonuses, and employee benefits. Expect travel across assigned territories and evenings/weekends as needed to maximize contact with prospects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and use of personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete required sales documentation accurately ( dispositioning, order entry, reporting ).
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report to your manager.
