Shift4 Payments in the United States is seeking an outside sales account executive to drive growth for Point of Sale solutions and services. You will set appointments, prospect face-to-face and over the phone, and build referral partnerships with merchants.

Qualifications

• Willingness to cold-call and set meetings with potential clients in-person.
• Entrepreneurial hunter mindset and ability to close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle.
• CRM experience and proficiency with standard sales tools.
• Background in door-to-door/outside sales is a plus.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and drive new logos.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments with merchants to present POS and Shift4 hosting products.
• Prospect over the phone, in-person, and via networking to build referrals.
• Assist existing clients with add-ons including Hardware, Software, and Professional Services.
• Develop relationships with merchants by listening to needs and resolving issues.
• Explain the value of Shift4 products using laptop or POS device.
• Identify and qualify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Develop new accounts and grow territory market value.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies to grow market share.
• Sign new logos in assigned territory.
• Stay updated on product changes in payments industry.
• Maintain regular communication with your direct manager and attend weekly pipeline meetings.
