Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead an Outside Sales team for home security and home automation products. Expect 70% field activity and 30% office time, with responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives
• Assign and manage leads
• Track and audit sales
• Conduct training, 1:1 coaching/development, team huddles
• Support team by reducing attrition
• Daily office hours: 10:00am - 2:00pm
• Maintain and exceed personal sales targets
• Motivate team via phone and group chat
• Ride-alongs with new hires
• Perform duties as needed by Regional Sales Management
• Daily field hours: 2:30pm - 8:30pm
