Job summary

Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team, split time between field (70%) and office (30%). You will interview, hire, train, and motivate reps, set leads, and oversee daily sales activity to drive results.

Expect to manage field and office operations, conduct coaching, track performance, and participate in interviews. The role offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and paid training in a W-2 environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently with technical devices including laptops, tablets, and other similar support tools.
• Innate ability to lead and motivate others.
• The ability to travel within assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle.
