Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.

• Able to operate and troubleshoot laptops/tablets for field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activity of local Outside Sales team and coach performance.
• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives; assign and manage leads.
• Track and audit sales; conduct training and 1:1 coaching; run team huddles.
