Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team focused on residential home security and automation products. You will interview, hire, train, and consistently coach reps while hitting personal and team sales goals in a mixed field/office setting.

The role emphasizes daily management of field activity, setting the tone for success, and driving performance with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. This is a W-2 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives
• Assign and manage leads
• Track and audit sales and conduct training/1:1 coaching
• Support team through attrition control and daily motivation
• Office hours 10:00am–2:00pm; field hours 2:30pm–8:30pm
