Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred.
• Ability to work with laptops/tablets and similar devices.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Must be able to travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activity of a local Outside Sales team.
• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives.
• Assign and manage leads; track and audit sales.
• Conduct training, coaching, and team huddles; reduce attrition.
• Office hours 10:00am–2:00pm; field hours 2:30pm–8:30pm.
