Job summary

Retif Oil & Fuel is seeking an inside sales professional to support house accounts and outside sales reps. You will actively prospect, make 20+ cold calls daily, and nurture a robust CRM-driven pipeline while documenting activities with customers and prospects.

The ideal candidate has experience in petroleum or industrial sales, strong communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. This role emphasizes performance, learning, and growth within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree, military service, or 2+ years of inside sales experience required.
• 3+ years of petroleum, chemical, or other industrial sales experience preferred.
• 1+ years of cold-calling sales with a track record of success.
• Experience in developing and executing prospective customer sales strategies preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn contact management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to all assigned house accounts, outside sales rep accounts, and other accounts as assigned.
• Self-generating prospect list and making 20+ cold calls daily to prospective customers.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through company CRM, in addition to documenting daily activity with customers and prospects.
• Commitment to the highest level of customer service that ensures the best possible customer experience.
• The ability to learn and evolve quickly.
