Job summary

Retif Oil & Fuel is seeking an experienced sales professional in Arkansas to develop and implement effective sales strategies for customers in transportation, construction, marine, and retail. The role requires building and maintaining strong business relationships and delivering consultative solutions that meet long-term needs.

You will secure opportunities, present solutions, and collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to maximize revenue and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree, military service, or 3+ years of outside sales experience required.
• 3+ years of petroleum, chemical, or other industrial sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn contact management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Secure business opportunities from existing and prospective customers through a consultative needs-based approach.
• Inspire, motivate, and engage commitment from prospects to understand the offering for long-term needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers to generate new business.
• Make and execute formal and informal sales presentations.
• Execute Total Cost of Ownership analysis when applicable.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and information to determine potential.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
• Individually make and execute decisions.
• Understand market conditions and report customer needs and competition to management.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through CheckPoint CRM.
• Master value sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
