Retif Oil & Fuel in Conway, AR is seeking an outside sales professional to expand our energy solutions portfolio. You will develop and implement sales strategies, secure opportunities, and maintain relationships with customers across transportation, construction, marine, and retail.

This role emphasizes consultative needs-based selling, strong pipeline management via CheckPoint CRM, and collaboration with marketing, logistics, and technical service teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience in petroleum, chemical, or industrial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Secure business opportunities from existing and prospective customers via a consultative approach.
• Lead presentations to customers and perform Total Cost of Ownership analyses where applicable.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to generate new business.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through CheckPoint CRM and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and service teams.
